MS Project

OptionTrain College's MS Project program is designed to provide complete training in project management using Microsoft Project. Initiating a fresh strategy and creating a comprehensive work list are the first steps in the course. Students will learn on how to set up the resources, assigning tasks and managing the costs effectively. This program emphasizes fine-tuning resource management and optimizing project plans. Learners will learn how to organize project data, track advancement, analyze and report project status. This course includes techniques for troubleshooting and getting projects back on track when challenges arise. "This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005."
